We would like to thank Steve and his staff for the excellent work done in repairing water leaks caused by a builder's poor workmanship . The work was done in a professional and friendly manner. All the faulty work was replaced with the right materials ( Steve's team took photo's to show me what work had to be done ) They repaired the fault's and replaced the flat roof, fascias and gutters. We also had the garage flat roof replaced ( New timbers, fascias and gutters). It was a great service from his team of lad's who left the work area clean and tidy. All waste was removed from site. From start to finish Steve Emery and the team did an excellent job. From our initial telephone enquiry everything was done in a clear and professional manner, the quote came in such detail there could be no misunderstandings. We were advised on the timescale and shown samples of all the materials to be used. They organised the removal and replacement of our solar panels with first class electricians. The team of guys actually replacing the roof were polite and informative on any queries we had. Clean and tidy workers who kept the site and the loft space clear throughout. We would certainly recommend this company, they were not the cheapest quote we had but in our opinion we got what we paid for. Well done to the whole team.

Excellent job from Steve/Aaron and the team. Fantastic quality of workmanship on our flat roof, cladding and tile re-roof. Roofers were knowledgeable, polite and clearly took pride in their work. We have just had a new dry roof system and upvc facias fitted and cannot thank the whole team enough for their professionalism from requesting a quote right the way through to signing off the work. Communication with head office is quick and efficient and the onsite team were hard working and worked well as a team. They were polite and well mannered and left the site as they found it. We are so glad we chose this company out of several who had quoted for the work and we would not recommend anyone else.
We had a large flat roof replaced. The work was done in an exceptionally professional manner. The finished result is excellent. November 2018 one of Steve's teams lead by Simon renewed our bungalow roof and we are really pleased with the work they carried out, a really neat finish.February 2021 we noticed one tile had broken and slid off the roof, after contacting Aaron the tile was replaced within 3working days, no fuss no mess, we can't fault that kind of service for such a small job, thanks lads. I had a standard flat roof converted to a warm roof in October. Now that the weather has turned cold we are really feeling the benefits, rooms that were previously cold are transformed by the new insulation. Steve’s workmen were excellent. They went about their work very professionally and courteous. All they needed was the odd cup of tea. Excellent service and a very good price. Would recommend to anyone.

Following work at our home, we are pleased to submit this review. The tiled roofing, fascia, gutters and downspouts were replaced and the chimneys repointed. The whole job was well planned with the discarded materials removed each day. The quality of the workmanship is excellent and we never heard any bad language (unique nowadays!) From the initial visit by Steve Emery, who explained everything and gave us advice, we felt confident of getting a good job. We are really pleased with the result.

Could not fault the service from start to finish. Professional business who supplied a full written quotation with five year guarantee and explained exactly what was required in the quotation to carry out the repairs on our roof. Worth pointing out I had 3 quotes in total and the other two could only give me a price over the phone with no written quote or guarantee provided, so beware! The two lads that worked on our roof were both polite and nothing was too much trouble, would definitely recommend Steve Emery Roofing Ltd.
